Masks No Longer Required + Gathering Restrictions Lifted In Utah

Dear Outside Adventure Expo Attendees, Presenters And Exhibitors,

As Executive Director of the Utah State Fair Corporation, it is my pleasure to warmly welcome Outside Adventure Expo to Salt Lake City, and to the Great State of Utah June 25-27, 2021.

Earlier this year, the Utah State Legislature approved Covid-specific goals that once obtained, voided all Covid-19 mandates. On May 4, 2021, the state achieved this goal, thereby all Covid-19 mandates automatically expired.

Events in the state of Utah are no longer required to adhere to health and safety procedures outside of the rules historically established by the venue or the promoter. Social distancing and face coverings are recommended while inside buildings however they are not mandatory.

That being said, many of the safety measures that we implemented during the pandemic have proven to be effective and will continue to be a part of our standard operating procedures. The safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority. The use of bio protectants, frequent cleaning and sanitizing of high touch surfaces, and actively encouraging vendors and guests to use non-cash payment systems and paperless tickets will continue to be a focus.
